    Allergy Disclaimer: If anyone in your group has a food allergy, drop a comment below. Our items might have allergens like wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, or fish. Plus, they could be made in places that handle tree nuts and peanuts. Just a heads up, eating raw, undercooked, or cooked-to-order meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs can raise your risk of foodborne illnesses, especially if you have specific health issues. So, please let us know about any allergies and how many special meals you need.

    This form is just a request. You'll get an email confirming your order and lunch time, so make sure to check in with us when you arrive—we'll be by the Wishing Well! Payment is due when you get here unless we've arranged something different. We accept most credit cards too. Just a heads up, there's a $25 fee for any returned checks. If you need to make changes or cancel, please email us at least 12 hours in advance. We might have to swap out some fruit or snacks if our suppliers are out, but the main meal will stay the same. For example, we could replace fruit packs with apples or plain chips with cheese crackers due to current shortages in the food industry. Duck Landing Café is not owned by Sylvan Heights Bird Park. By ordering, you agree that Duck Landing Café limits the personal liability of its staff, and you won't hold them personally responsible for any issues related to your order or cancellations. Also, the disclaimers on our website protect everyone involved with Duck Landing Café. Lastly, you acknowledge our food allergy disclaimer and have informed us of any allergies your guests may have.

    ​Safety rules are super important! First off, we don’t hand out plastic straws, balloons, or metal utensils while you’re here since they can be dangerous for the park's birds and other wildlife. Also, teachers and group leaders need to remind everyone to toss their trash in the bins around the park. If you get any food wrapped in tin foil, make sure to dispose of that properly too. Lastly, let your group know that sharing human food or leaving trash can seriously harm the park's animals, so keep your café goodies to yourself!
