By Clicking the Submit Button you Understand:
1. This form is a request only. You will receive an email confirming your order and lunch time. Please check-in with us when you arrive... you'll see us near the Wishing Well!
2. Payment will be required upon arrival. Business Checks can be made to "Duck Landing Cafe." We also take most credit cards. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
3.
Any changes or cancellations need to be made by email a minimum of
12
hours in advance.
4. Your meals are prepared during the early hours of your scheduled visit. As stated above, please let us know via email if you cancel your trip.
5. Your lunch order will be available at the lunch time you choose on this form.
6. Substitutions may be used for fruit and other items if our suppliers are out. The main meal does not change.We may substituted fruit packs for apples and plain chips for cheese crackers. There are so many shortages and demands in the food business at this time.
7. You are responsible for making sure that your students or group places ALL trash in receptacles provided throughout the park.
8. Duck Landing Cafe is owned by
Six Parker's LLC
and
NOT
Sylvan Heights Bird Park.
You accept that, as a limited liability entity, Duck Landing Cafe has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees.You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against Duck Landing Cafe officers or employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the ordering process, cancellations, and information provided.
Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, you agree that the limitations of warranties and liability set out in this website disclaimer will protect Duck Landing Cafe officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns and sub-contractors as well as Duck Landing Cafe.
9. You understand that we have included a food allergy disclaimer and that you have notified us about any known allergies your guests may have.
SAFETY RULES... VERY IMPORTANT
1. We do NOT provide plastic straws, balloons, or metal eating utensils during your visit. These items can harm or cause death to the park's birds and wildlife.
2. Teachers and group leaders MUST instruct their participants and/or students to throw trash in receptacles provided at the park. Some orders come with a small sheet of tin foil. Please put these in the provided trash receptacles.
3. Let your group know that human food and trash may cause harm or death to the park's birds and wildlife. Cafe food items are not to be shared with the birds or wildlife.
